Ingredients
200 gr. Chocolate couverture
¾ cup chopped almonds
200 gr. butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a baking tray and place a parchment paper on its base.
On very low heat, mix the chocolate and the butter until melted.
Remove the saucepan from the heat until cool.
Bake the almonds in a pan without oil until golden brown and leave to cool.
In a mixer´s bowl, beat the mixture of chocolate, sugar, flour and eggs until homogenized.
Pour the almonds into the mixture and stir.
Spread the mixture in the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Once removed from the oven, let it cool and slice in squared pieces. Sprinkle it with icing sugar.
